Create an account

When you subscribe to CANAL+, you create an account. Your username is your email address. You choose your own password. You can use these credentials to log in to the app and to My CANAL+.

Subscription via Internet Provider or Canal Digitaal?

If you have questions about your account, log in or billing, please contact your internet provider or Canal Digitaal directly.

Log in to My CANAL+

Click on the icon (your profile) at the top right of the website canalplus.nl and log in. Or go directly to My CANAL+
Enter your username (email address) and password. Your username is the email address you provided when subscribing. Click here if you forgot your password.

Cancelling Your CANAL+ Subscription

Go to My CANAL+
1. Log in with your email address and password 
2. Go to Subscription and click Cancel 

Do you have a subscription via an internet provider? Contact your provider.

Changing Account Information

Go to My CANAL+. Under Subscription Details, you can easily change your email address (username) or password.

Changing Payment Method

Go to My CANAL+. Under Subscription Details, go to ‘My Payment Method’ and make the changes you wish.

Viewing Invoices

Go to My CANAL+. Under Invoice, you’ll find your latest invoice. Click ‘View Invoice’ to see or download it as a PDF. Click ‘All Invoices’ to view your full invoice history.

Billing

We charge your subscription fee monthly in advance, using the payment method you selected.
Your subscription starts on the date of your registration or when the promotional period ends.
We will then charge your monthly subscription fee on the same day each month.

Missed Payment

If we are unable to collect your subscription fee, you will receive an email with a payment link. 

• If you don’t pay, your subscription will be suspended the next day. Want to resume watching? You can easily reactivate your subscription in My CANAL+
• If your first payment fails, we will try again later. If the second attempt also fails, your subscription will be cancelled.
